An example is a recent talk to the Felixstowe Art Group on Ink and watercolour.
I did a demonstration of a large piece based on Fountains Abbey, using twigs, burnt sienna/purple/orange inks, and bold watercolour in the same colour scheme. It was in the style of John Piper, whose work I admire. The use of wax was included. I also showed some of my study into the use of colour from the Middle Ages to ‘now’.

This all meant a varied and entertaining evening, generating a lot of chat, questions and discussions about a huge variety of topics. Let me know what you would like.
